Brain Drain is a handmade product. Each piece may have slight variations (e.g. a few millimeters of variation in the engraving). The basic decoration and the shape and size of the sections will not change.

Brain Drain can make custom-made items. Please send us an Instagram DM with your desired customization. We can also accept orders for restocks due to out-of-stock items. Upcycled materials are originally various shapes and sizes, which is why we can get ideas. At the same time, the cutting process is also completed. We don't come up with ideas and then search for materials to make them, but we get ideas because we already have upcycled materials in various shapes and sizes.

Upcycled pieces are one-of-a-kind. The current delivery methods are Airmail (international parcel) and EMS.

Delivery will take approximately 3 days for EMS and approximately 1 week for airmail.

Heavy items will incur additional shipping charges (the correct weight is stated on the item). We are currently expanding our shipping options to include cheaper shipping rates. See the image below for more details.

Returns are generally not possible, but if you have any problems, please feel free to contact us.

There have been cases of items being returned due to incorrect addresses when shipping overseas, so please fill in a detailed address.
