For orders (custom-made)(Instagram DM) for resale due to out-of-stock items,production will begin after purchase and will be shipped within one week as it takes time to produce. Thank you for your understanding.

Brain Drain can make custom-made items. Please send us an Instagram DM with your desired customization. We can also accept orders for restocks due to out-of-stock items. Please feel free to send us a shop message or Instagram DM. (Please note that some items may not be restockable or may take some time to be restocked.)

The current delivery methods are Airmail (international parcel) and EMS.

Delivery will take approximately 3 days for EMS and approximately 1 week for airmail.

Heavy items will incur additional shipping charges (the correct weight is stated on the item). We are currently expanding our shipping options to include cheaper shipping rates. See the image below for more details.

Returns are generally not possible, but if you have any problems, please feel free to contact us.

There have been cases of items being returned due to incorrect addresses when shipping overseas, so please fill in a detailed address.
